I had a lovely time with Zena and Claes-Goran at their Salvation Army wedding, everyone was so welcoming and helpful. It was a very relaxed affair with lots of laughter. Claes-Goran had travelled to England from Sweden bringing a handful of close friends and family with him including two majors who were part of the service and said kind words for the happy couple.
Zena looked stunning in an unusual and flattering dress, which she informed me was actually a prom dress, bought in Leigh on Sea, she wore a tiny crown on her head which is apparently Swedish tradition, she looked very regal and I heard Claes-Goran gasp as she started to make her way down the aisle with her son Joe leading the way.
Zena had a gorgeous bouquet which came from Scent on the London Road in Leigh on Sea. Bridesmaids bouquets were also very lovely and little Mally was thrilled with her star wand and seemed to be making wishes throughout the ceremony, her Dad Alex was bestman and looked great in a kilt.
Outside space is limited at the Salvation Army church in Hadleigh, Essex but there is enough greenery to do group shots and i made use of the bench too.
