What a coincidence that I should start and end my wedding photography year at the same place – Channels Golf Club near Chelmsford. This was where Amy and Nick chose to have their winter wedding reception. They had flown over from Australia where they live, to get married in Essex and celebrate their wedding with family and friends. They only had a short time to prepare but it worked as everything went like clockwork.
Amy chose a beautiful dress from Amore Bridal in Ongar, bridesmaids wore red which looked gorgeous for a Christmas wedding. We braved the cold to get photos in grounds and made the most of the fast disappearing winter sunshine. Holy Trinity Church in Rayleigh High Street was the chosen venue to get married, it was a heartfelt service, both Mums did a reading, there were many photographic opportunities and we even got some blue sky.
